Guidelines for Practice of the Code of Ethics
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Names)
These guidelines shall be referred to as the Guidelines for Practice of the Code of Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”) of GO Element Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Article 2 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Guidelines is to prescribe the standards for behavior with which all employees shall comply to prevent corruption within the Company and create a transparent working environment.
Article 3 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Guidelines are defined as follows.
1.The term “employee” means an employee who is employed under the rules of employment.
2.The term “executive” means a director (including a person who falls under any of the subparagraphs under Article 401-2(1) of the Commercial Act) or an auditor.
3.The term “related person” means a person (individual or organization) who is not an employee or an executive in terms of duties and falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
①A person who filed or will file a civil complaint in relation to the Company;
②A person who is subject to audit, supervision, or inspection; or
③A person who demanded or will demand compensation from the Company.
