EHS Management Policy
GO Element carries out its management policy with a focus on the health and safety of employees and the environment to ensure sustainable management.
Accordingly, we established our own EHS management policy focusing on the environment, safety, and health.
Moreover, we are formulating our specific health and safety management objectives under the goal of achieving zero accidents and nurturing a pleasant working environment through company-wide campaigns.
- GO Element puts priority on the health and safety of our employees throughout our management activities. We put our utmost effort into ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment by developing a health and safety management system that complies with the laws, regulations, and standards.
To this end, we remain committed to improving our health and safety environment by carrying out the following activities. - 1. The CEO shall set the “protection of the lives of employees” and the “creation of a safe working environment”
as the top priorities throughout the course of management activities. - 2. The CEO shall provide the necessary human and material resources to remove
and control the risk factors in workplaces by building a health and safety management system. - 3. Health and safety objectives shall be set and a detailed implementation plan shall be formulated and implemented to achieve the objectives.
- 4. Internal rules shall be formulated and implemented in accordance with health and safety-related laws and regulations.
- 5. Risk factors shall be found and improved through the participation of employees, and such facts shall be shared through education and training.
- 6. All members shall recognize the risk factors related to their jobs and shall be educated and trained on how to remove and control the risk factors.
- 7. All suppliers and contractors shall comply with GO Element’s health and safety policy as well as safety requirements.
- 8. All members shall fulfill their responsibility and obligation for health and safety activities.

GO Element designates internal staff to conduct mandatory safety education on all employees whenever needed.
We also actively accept the opinions of experts through related agencies.
Hazardous substances are controlled and managed through periodic work environment measurements.
We ensure that employees with a risk of exposure to hazardous substances take special health checkups.
